Everyone should know that dogs and I have a natural dislike for each other, which is actually funny because I encounter many dogs in my day job as Klark Kent. When my buddy CJ asked me to take pictures of him and his dog, Missy, I was a little hesitant, to say the least. I think I was more concerned with the fact that animals can be one of the two most difficult subjects to shoot, children being the other. However, not one to shy away from a challenge,  I ripped off my suit and tie, snatched off my D&G eyeglasses, grabbed my 700 and flew out the door.

On the way to the shoot, I spent my time playing with different ideas and themes in my mind. I knew that whatever I did would need to be based on the fact that anything could happen. And anything did happen. Missy was all over the place. She was over there when I needed her to be here and vise versa. Overall, I had a good time and came out with some great shots.
